Is this car worth $350? It smokes bad!!

Check out this car and tell me if it's worth $350? It smokes terribly and smoke comes out if you take the oil cap off the engine too...Why is this? What can I do to fix it cheap? Is it worth it? I wouldent put a dime into it, maybe some used tires and a battery at most.

Then drive it untill it dies and leave it on the side of the road.

Or even better if you live in Texas make it your shoot-n car.

Additives are not going to fix the warn out engine on this car, but with that color smoke it is possible to have a clogged air filter or a leaking injector.
Even still the sell price is about what its worth as a car
The other members suggestions of parting it out could earn you some bucks, especially if the transmission is still good.
