Is this car worth $350? It smokes bad!!

Check out this car and tell me if it's worth $350? It smokes terribly and smoke comes out if you take the oil cap off the engine too...Why is this? What can I do to fix it cheap? Is it worth it? I don't remember seeing blue smoke...I think it was more grayish black...But it smoked like a chimney on a cold night. Do any of those additives make it stop smoking? I'd like to buy it and resell it for double? People pay $$ for diesels around here because they want them for bio-diesel... [;)]
