Hello.
I had enough with that black dust on my wheels every week, so I purchased some ceramic Akebono Brake Pads. I just don't know if I should get the rotors turned (resurfaced) before I put the new pads in. In other words - is this rotor good enough for the new pads or it needs to be turned first?

If below spec or warped, replace them. Otherwise just install the new pads.

Thanks - I guess I'll take 'em out and go to Pepboys or Autozone.

...

I was out of luck resurfacing those rotors.
They didn't want to deal with the fronts since they are drilled and for the rear they told me they are too thin to resurface.
