To the electric sunroof?

The sprayshop removed it to respray the roof and it doesn't look like it fits properly now. It functions fine, but when in its 'closed' position, it looks a little low.

Is it possible to adjust this at all?

The short answer is "yes." According to the Haynes manual, the longer answer is that the procedure requires special tools and is tough to do right so it is a job best left to the dealer.
