Anyone notice that when using their Ipod - using the Aux plug in the glove box...that there's no audio coming from the front speakers? Fader adjustment doesn't balance from front to rear. Under all other conditions, ALL the speakers are working properly.

SPNJHockey I have a 2003 CL 500 with the AUX plug in the glove box and I 99% use the Ipod. I've never experienced anything you state so since you say the front speakers work I am lead to think that the plug has problems or the cable you are using is defective.
Also you should thoroughly check the fader for every source because if your comand is like mine (I can't remember at the moment) it has different sound control for every source so maybe the AUX settings are wrong.

Thanks for pointing this out. I've been closing the glovebox on the wire, to keep the Ipod in the small eyeglass drawer.:thumbsup:

msbarsi, I was not given the connector to Aux-in socket located in glove compartment for iPod in my CLS350. Will appreciate if you can assist me in this regard.
