Hello. Welcome to the forum. No, not at all I'm afraid. You'll need another W126 and then its easy. Material might be possible to source from the US. GAHH I think is a good company for that but the cloth might be harder. Is it past cleaning? It may surprise you. Holes are a different matter though.

German ebay is another option, some sellers take off covers only so posting is easy. If you could find a good used one they are pretty easy to swap.

Some time, it would be good to include car details and location in your signature. Nearby members might have things or help for you.

You def want to give some more info. There’s a company on the US side that sells custom leather at about $700 for the entire car.

It’s not MB leather, but I put it in my Miata and everyone thinks it’s OEM. And I don’t know if they ship to the other side of the pond.

I've used it a lot. The covers do swap sides by the way. I don't know if yours is LHD or not, but basically the passenger seat wears less so can fit to replace a worn drivers side.
German post always seems so much better than others!
