i bought that from 2phast directly and the item is amazly easy to install, the only complaint is that the metal sleeve thing that joins the 201 base to the mirror is friction fitted and mine came apart after a few bumps but some jb weld fixed it right up. also there is no connector with the wiring so i use a mb 2 pin connector setup to create a quick disconnect just incase i need to get the headliner panel off.

That good 2 know U have been used this and how about the home link ? does it reads your garage opener receiver signal at the first time ?

i have a craftsman security + system and programming was a little tricky with the home link. i had issues with the home link in the volvo too so. but programming was caake with other systems.

Where you live has garage doors ?? if you do then how about electric powered garage door opener with remote control ??,.,all of these stuff are ( mostly ) standard in our homes here and we are lazy to get out the car to open garage door hehehe........

I found this on eBay, a company from Poland is making it (they actually do it for many cars) and it costs 65 euro + shipping.
What do you think is it worth it?

Hah, thanks cypress for putting my old thread up. The Homelink is still working great a year later. I enjoy not having to carry a garage door opener around with me anymore.
