I thought I had the right tools for the job, and maybe I do. I can't get the 22mm fitting to turn anymore. At first it did, even with the hose through the plastic bracket (which is held to the chassis with a 10mm screw). Now, it acts like the plastic bracket is restricting the hose nut from turning anymore. I read here it is best to go ahead and orient the hose so it faces as it currently does, but what am I doing wrong?

remove the plastic bracket, tighten hose and put bracket back.

I thought the issue was if you put this hose on first, it doesn't end up pointed in the right direction?
