maintenance schedule

I'd like to get a maintenance schedule so I can at least figure out what my e300TD needs. I know it's due for type B service, but don't even know what that includes!
I also need to change the brake fluid (been three years), and possibly the transmission fluid?
I'm very frustrated right now as I do my own maintenance on my Honda, and have a service manual that explains everything in detail.
However, my local dealership is more like the CIA when it comes to information sharing, and they won't even sell me a service manual! Really?
I've never even heard of that before.
