:confused:i was on here a couple of weeks ago reading up on a stuck key/ignition barrel on my mate's 190e 2ltr.Unfortunately i had to do it the hard way and replace the whole top half of the steering column/barrel and everything from a breakers yard-£40.I saw a thread that had pictures of the back of the ignition switch with a wiring guide of what goes where but i cant find it again.I'm probably being thick but can anyone tell me who/where i can get it as i cant even find it using the search thingy. Both myself and my mate would be so grateful if anyone could.

Sorry to hear you had to fix the infamous 190E ignition switch the hard way. I experienced the same thing with my first 190E purchase, the first day I bought it....that was years ago and I now change the tumbler on any other 190E, the first/second time it starts acting up. The tumblers/key can be had for about $35

anyway, as to the wiring, I will be pulling 2 dashes over the next couple of days and if you do not find what you need, I will get the info off one of these cars for you...lust let me know [email protected]

ps I needed the same info way back when and got it from Potomac MB out of Jacksonville Fl, they part cars and sell on e-bay...and are very nice
