I'm at my wits end with this 99 c230k. Between it and my Saab 9000 Aero, I think I am going to lose my mind

Ok, living in Hell..I mean Texas... has made AC very necessary. The windows failed many months ago, for which I decided to live with since I could not find any conclusive answers for a fix. Now there is an issue with my AC controls, which also seems to be tied to the turn signals and horn. I have learned that by pushing in the key and holding it in place will then make everything work. There is also a strange clicking noise emitting from the ignition switch.
I have had ignition switch issues before, which were simple to fix on non infrared keyed vehicles. Assuming this too is the problem, what is the process in replacing this type of ignition switch?
