92 400E. New ignition about 2 months ago. Car mysteriously stops running. Fuses all good new EPM this week. Pull out new switch both the 30 pins are melted and the switch does not have distinct clicks. Once to what I would say is start #3, it sounds and feels like grinding before bottoming out. Pins are battery and starter? Wondering where to begin looking for why the melting could be caused?
