I need the firing order for my 1972 280SE 4.5 L.

Any clues as to what it is or where to look (short of ordering the manual, as I'm fixing it up to sell).

Yeah, look right on the valve cover. You'll see the word Zundfolge (firing order) 13476..... That's it. Also your car is a W108 and belongs in the Vintage forum
