I feel like such a moron for having to post thiis. It is very embarassing. But here goes. So anyway i am working on my airmatic system and i powered up the pump using the red/blue wire that is in the very front and far left of the fuse box. I know, i know. Anyway the car shut down and i ended up with about 12 codes and they indicate that i have right camshaft intake and axhaust positiin actuator circuts open, Right intake and exaust hall sensors that have siginal values implausable. The mass airflow has an ooen or short circuit. I really dont know where to start orher than testing sensors. While looking up the cide descriptions, one of them said the problem could be a bad ECM. did i fry it.

Well it took most of the day locating the prefuse box and removing it. I had to guess at it since i had no idea what it looked like. I have searched and searched the internet on testing procedures and i am at my witts end with this. I an stuck. It looks to me luke thw positive and the ground short together when it is hooked up.

Ok 4-40 amp and 1-50 amp fuses. Continuity on all. 1-150 amp the same. The compasitor looking thing has continuity between both leads. Is this right? I have no idea how this thing functions. Seems like a direct short to me.

Fuses seem to be ok, I never measured 'capacitor' looking thing, dunno what is does but never hear that would gone bad either. Only those fuses can be blown if jump staring gone bad or some big device shorted etc. Sorry that not helped...
