Do you have any tips for those who want to install something similar like dvd, tvs ( i.e how expensive, complicated, things you would do or not do)

I am looking to put a retractable dvd/navigation screen infront preferrably where the phone area in the center dash goes... Do you have one upfront? or u just have them in the headrest?
