Fuse #20 is designated for the Wipers and the Optical Horn, if your horn works then your wiper motor is gone

BUT

See if your washer nozzles works if they are, try to listen to the noise the wiper motor makes, if it does then you need to grease the mechanism with a bit of petrolium jelly

I would check the fuses first a hair crack may avoid the current from passing through, also oxides on the fuse contacts and humidity if any

got the same problem lost both wipers and defrost while driving in a snow storm, fun times...

anyways checked fuses and swapped in a known good combination relay since that relay controls both and seemed the most logical place to start but still doesnt work.

figured it out was the combination relay

bad fuses, they may look good but they may be corroded on the ends causing thingd not to work.

like the poster before said, the fuses migth look intact but the best thing is to just replace them with new ones and make sure they are clamped in nice on both ends and are touching the metal
