Steve is in the United States right now and has limited access to his e-mail. Also he gets over 100 e-mails a day. Please be patient. I'm sure he will solve your problem. Just give him a little time.

Simon,

You stated that you bought a set of lights with different length adjustment rods from me which is not possible...MB only uses 1 sort of adjustment rod and the lights I shipped you were never taken apart. I asked you to mail me a picture of whatever problem you thought you had - haven't received a picture yet...

In the first email I received from you where you said you had a "loose" headlight, I told you that the headlight was adjusted too high making the adjustment rod to pop out of the auto levelling motor (which you confirmed later on yourself) and I told you to get MB to adjust your self levelling system since your car does have the auto levelling system (this is what mercedes has their stardiagnose for). I replied your mails several times but if you do not provide me with any other "problem"info then what already was discussed and answered then I do not know how to help you otherwise...a problem (loose adjustment rod) that isn't a problem (wrong adjustment) is something I can not help you with.

greetingz,
