just wondering... is there a hydrolic in the back door? my car is being repaired... and theyve said that the hydrolic in the back door needs to be replaced because it sprung a leak... i just dont remember there being anything "hydrolicized" [:D]

There is a pneumatic schock absorber or dampner on the inside of the bottom edge of the door. It slows down the closing and opening so that you don't tear the door off of its hinges. Price in Europe is € 73,20.

It functions somewhat like the steering dampner.
