HELP!!!

I just bought a 1994 SL500, and it appears to be leaking oil from around the driver side visor. The dealer told me that he put a little oil in the latch to make the top work better, but I think there is some kind of leak. If you have ANY info on this please let me know. I'm VERY concerned. I have to leave a paper towel on the drivers seat each night to catch the dripping oil. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Thank you!!

re leak

did you ever find out that your leak is from part# 129-800-1672 on your Benz and the dealer will tell you that you need to replace all 8 cylinders in the car for 287.00 each? Secret. the cylinders are remanufacturable! I am in the process of getting them resealed. let me know if you fixed yours I have a 90 500sl. this happens to all of them
good luck

How did you solve the problem? I have a 95 that may have the same problem.

Drags you said that you have only one to send?
They are like testicles you have to send two.

You know you are going to hear stories about not sending them all.
Right? Haha.

As you know, I did repair two of them not in parallel, they pull a little harder then the others, but I am not looking for work.

Regards.
