"Leatherique" is supposedly the best for our leather. But I personally use the Meguiars range on my leather. I love their range. Pleasant smell, no artificial shine, etc.
I've had excellent results on all my cars using Leatherique. For the Really dry stuff I use Lexol's neats foot oil..Kind of a pain but it Really does a nice job. I stopped using Lexol products w/ regularity after i found that they are very hard on stitching.
For general maintenance and cleaning I've found nothing is better then straight saddle/glycerin soap.

If your leather is in great shape to begin with.. I recommend going to one of those leather sofa stores and purchasing their line up on caring for the leather. They come in cleaner and protectant and they work great. Cost is about $30. I got mine free, the lady working there liked me or something, lol.
