The 560 SEC is a manu-matic right? If not this is a waste of topic, but oh well.

How do you use it? What does the S and E mean on the side?

the S is for standard mode, the E is for economy. If you have this switch in a 560, then that means in S mode, first gear start right off the line, versus E mode, car will start off in second gear all the time.

It's sorta manumatic, you can hold the car in a gear, but it's unadvisable to force the car to move down a gear (although possible).

Alright so what does the B with the arrow pointing to the right under 2nd mean? I have been told about pushing the stick to the right to shift or something but I don't think it worked.

Try searching the forums. The B=first gear. if you have the S/E switch, set it to S, and then put the gear in the third and mash the throttle to the point you feel the click for the hardest takeoff.
