Put a booster pack on it and move the seat.
That's what I see.

You can raise the hood and attach another battery or a commercially procured battery booster pack to the leads located at the passenger side rear of the engine compartment along the right inside fender (copper lead in red plastic and a ground lead in black plastic), and apply voltage. The electrical system will wake up and you can move the seat using the electric seat controls.

I would also watch out for your particular model if you a second battery to the passenger side of the spare wheel well under removable fascia. Our diesels in particular use a second, smaller battery for heating and other specific purposes.
