The code reader shows a problem at cylinder #4. It reads electronic malfunction. I believe it might be the coil, but am not sure which cylinder is #4. If someone knows. I will be much appreciated. (1997 E420)
If the firing order is (for example) 13458627, would 4 be next to 1?
The symptoms of the problem is, rough idle and loss of power, where under normal conditions the car is a rocket.
thanks, don

before you deem the coil bad replace the coil to plug connector, they are noted failure points on that engine and always a good idea to replace when changing plugs on the m119 E420 engine
autohausaz.com has them.
