I guess everything in a 14 years ML are very fragile. I accidentally push the low range button too hard as shown in the picture. Which panel should I remove the get the button back on place?

Thanks!

I do see a small plastic broken tab falling off. Not sure the tab is from the switch or the mounting frame.

Can I just leave the after market head unit intact and just pry the center panel?

Is it possible to access the switch from the left side's D panel?

What is the trick to get these panel off? I do not want to break more fatigue plastic.

Appreciate all the help!

I had the same exact problem last winter because I too pushed in my Low Range button. I just opened the radio and with some Quick Steel epoxy, I attached it back to the side plate. The buttons still work and its been holding up since.
