Hi,
I have the newer style front bumper, and I bought the tow hook cover that's attached. I can't figure out what the black backing piece is for. I assume it fits in there somehow but couldn't find a good spot for it. Does anyone have a picture or something of how it's supposed to sit? Thanks

It does fit sort of like a Chinese puzzle box. Tabs are inserted before snapping the black backing down.

It only fits one way.

Yeah after playing with it more today I realized the part number shouldn't face 'out' and it became much easier to fit in there.
