How to attach AMG tow cover mesh screen?

I’ve been missing the tow hook cover (Amg sport) mesh screen on my passenger side for a while so I decided to buy a new one.

I assumed there would be screw holes for screws to hold the screen in place but none exist. Does anyone know how this screen attaches to the tow hook cover? Is it just adhesived on?

Hi xxx.

Its fixed with screws. The holes probably cracked and need to be rebuild with 2k Polyuerane glue.
