I am thinking of selling my 1984 190e 2.3-16v. The only problem is I dont really know how much it is worth. It was imported early on grey market and converted from right to left hand drive by H and R motorworks. Mercedes only imported them in 1986 and 1987. Also in the process heat and ac was removed. The interior of the car has been redone and is not the best in the world but it looks fine. The car runs strong though. Faster than any honda ive come against. 4 cylinder hondas at least. The euro versions are more powerful with 185 bhp. They are lighter too. Should weigh in around 2800 lbs. with me in it. The U.S. versions were well over 3000lbs. and 167bhp. The paint still looks great. Has a great paint job and no rust on the car anywhere. It has new wheels and tires, struts, springs, tie rod ends w/ alignment. Handles like a track car. I have a couple crappy pics here but will post better ones later. Blue book values dont even have the 1984 2.3-16v. They do say that a 86 or 87 2.3-16v in average condition is worth around 8k. I was hoping to get aroung 6k for it. Oh yea it has only 92k miles.
