As long as the gaps are even, I'd say it's held up well.
Really interesting post, though. Where did you get the stats?

You don't even want to know.....my car is like Frankenstein there's parts from many others on it over the years and the drivers door gap is like 3/4in....I don't even think its a w123 door

Amazingly all spots except the front drivers fender, by the turn signal, matched perfectly to this...still haven't fixed my front fender from when my dad swung out of a parking spot and ran into a concrete base for a light pole
