You need radio keys. They go into the two slats..

on the left and right. They're about $5 from your dealer or any radio store.

I know that mine was too easy to remove. I had to take the ash try out and push on the deck from behind and it slid right out. If yours is the one with the two holes on the left and right of the deck you need those tools they are U shaped, or like he said you need the keys.
