HOW DO I ADJUST WIPER TIME?

When I turn the wipers on the first setting(when I want the wipers going off for mist) they just keep wiping the window without any pausing. The wipers should do their full motion than wait 3-4secs. at least before wiping the window again. How do I adjust the time they pause for?

Any help. thanks.
