[Mercedes-Benz King]

I have an E-Class from 2012 and I want to keep my car in like new condition as right now. My personal mechanic recommended to use a product against rust especially for the most exposed parts of the car.
Does anyone know or recommended a product which would help preserve the car against rusting? Thank You
