I usually go to a hydraulic or AC hose shop. They're cheaper and quicker than a trip to the parts house and they're just as reliable. I've never heard of there being one they cannot build. It may not look the same but it will functionally do the job. Give one a try.

McMasterCarr has flexible EPDM hose good for 300 F., I'm going with that, it'll be here tomorrow.

Frank - good tip, thanks. This is a simple piece, I was thinking of how to cobble a more complicated one together with sleeves and elbows and such if necessary.
