Horn was never working since I purchase the mercedes w111 1962 heckflosse 220S. The dual horn system seems purely connected from the horn assembly. Fuse is correct as well. Any other ideas?
Wow that is pretty old car, but amazing still running except for the horn. Sorry, I know i cannot help you with your problem, but reading you post help me understand cars parts and mechanism. Thanks
HOrns are working perfectly now! Just sanded the 4 contacts slightly and used penetrating oil to clean them. Revved up the engine and warmed it up and got the horns working this way!
