Is the hood emblem on the sedan and coupe the same size? Can you fit the coupe badge on the sedan?
I can get a coupe badge from a local scrap yard for next to nothing. It's virtually brand new. If possible, I would like to have it fitted to my new car (due 07/07/03 [
]). I don't know much about the C-class as I am only getting my first one now. Though I'd better make sure it will fit before buying it.
In my opinion, the flat badge makes the C-class sedan look a lot sportier.
I suspect that the coupe badge is slightly bigger. I've asked the MB dealership to find out for me, but still haven't heard anything from them (alas, it has only been a week []) The scrap yard owner assured me it will fit, but he does not seem to be 100% sure.
Thought I'd ask you guys, since you seem to know more about Mercedes than Mercedes themselves!
