I had the same thing happen. Turned out it wasn't a hole in the container, but a leak in the hoses. Relatively easy to repair. As I recall, I cut the hose at the break and inserted one of those brass hose connectors from the hardware store. I do remember changing out the hose clamps for the normal screw-type that I had on hand.
