For any of you that have an issue with high RPM shifting in the lower gears I finally figured out what my problem was. After days of adjusting the bowden cable and adjusting the transmission I took a look at the kick down switch and sure enough it was stuck down. I unplugged it and took it out to clean it and found out it was broken. Took the car for a drive and the rpms are now normal. Thank God I thought I had a bad transmission. For anyone that doesnt know where the kick down switch is, its located under the pedal. Very easy to remove and replace. Hope this helps anyone having issues with their shifting being erratic. :grin
