If money is no object, go for the real bi-xenon lights. The problem with putting xenons on the high-beams is that using them intermittently can cause the ballasts to fail prematurely. This would be an issue when using them in flash-to-pass or switching them on and off for oncoming traffic

The Bi-X kits won't work well in our cars. They are set up for 1-filament bulbs, and the Bi-X kits are really for dual-filament bulbs. Unfortunately the factory Bi-X stuff is expensive to retrofit. You are probably best off with +50 bulbs in the high beams.
