I was wondering the same thing? I've seen a few for sale on e-bay and was wondering if there is a noticable difference/ Can somebody who has doen it chime in here?

HID fog light kit
The ones that are on ebay are only the blue bulbs. However, HIDS4LESS sells an actual HID kit for the H1 style bulb that works for the fog lights and they quoted me $400 for the kit.
