I used to run a 1988 560 SEL , man I loved that car but had to get rid a year or two ago.

Now the W140's have come down to my price range of £6k to £8k and I am in a quandary.

Having had a 560 and 2 LSE range rovers , theres no better engine than a V8, but given that all maintenance, mileage and condition are the same is there any reason to get an S600 over and S500?

If money is no objective, get the V12 then. Cost more to maintain and use more gas. But y...

Yup thats to be expected ...

but its only 3 or so MPG. I was wondering if it is any better to drive, or equipped compared to the more readily available S500?
