hi, i have purchased a scanning light that attached on the bonnet... i have a black and red wire ( black to connect to the frame of my Mercedes E350 cabriolet 2019 plate UK right handed car.) and I need to know which wire on the headlight connector ( 14 pin I think)...do I T tap into so that the bonnet light comes on with my DRL's as I have my lights set to auto

I've tried the grey and white wire and it does turn the lights on but when the DRL go off, my new bonnet light remains on I guess I'm going to have to just tap into all of them and hope
