I'm assuming that the leak is at the non-return valve.

Don't you just buy a new brake booster vacuum hose, undo the nut at the brake booster, undo the nut at the intake manifold, unthread the old hose and replace it with the new hose? I think that it's that simple.

thnx, that little white thing is wheres its leaking from,is that the non-return valve?
I think so. My engine is a straight 6 and I can see the hose more or less all the way from the booster to the manifold. There's only one 'device' in the hose and that's the non-return valve: I'm assuming yours is the same.

Assuming that it hasn't cracked in half, binding it up with a couple of layers of self-amalgating tape would probably provide a good temporary fix, especially since it's under vacuum.
