How can i connect DVD to japan spec comand with tv tuner picture below.

my car is w210 2000year from Japan tv-tuner is NTSC but I have multisystem DVD player and want to connect but connetctors on tuner are non standard.

It would still be nice to know where you are from. Anyways, assuming you live in Europe you won't have much use of the comand + TV tuner (and possibly phone and VR kit) you have in your car.

The electronics in Japanese spec MBs are completely different compared to Euro or US specs. A possibly factory fitted CD changer would probably be the only device that would function properly - after swapping head unit, TV tuner etc.

So in short: your Jap. spec TV tuner just doesn't work with a US / Euro spec DVD player.
