What I have is a US 1984 380SL body with a US 1984 500SEL engine.

Am I correct in unerstanding that I need to set my timing on a warmed up engine to TDC with vacuum off and check that it advances to 11 - 15 degrees at 1500 rpm and to 22 - 26 degrees at 36 rpm? And, with vacuum connected it should be at 15 - 17 degrees at idle?
