I am getting air flow on defrost but no hot air. bi level does not come on except in ac mode. So i have no heat coming into cab. The following is a list of checked items thus far.
1} dmm all fuses--good
2} dmm all relays--good
3} dmm servo and aux water pump good.
4} checked water flow thru servo. I got water from all except return hose from cab to right hand bottom connection. after i turned off engine water flowed from this hose.??? not sure if this is supposed to happen?
5} pulled off climate control panel did not see any loose or disconnected vacum hoses.
6} checked all vacum connections under glove box -good
7} listen for change in sound as i pushed each switch on and off.I could hear all change except bi-level
8} I could not hear any change when i turned temp control wheel
9} Used mitey vac to check yellow vacum line from bladder. this line runs to driver door and under dash to system and i believe also back to servo. this held pressure for five minutes.
10} checked that all hoses for system get hot--good

I am a novice and this is my first mercedes. Love the car can't find the problem. Anyone here have any ideas. I will try them and report my findings. Thanks this is a great forum!!!

Don't know if the link below will help or not. Other trouble-shooting tips from others. Sounds like the amp and/or feedback temp sensor chain...
