Just bought a new GLE 53 about a week ago and the steering wheel along with all the other Alcantara was silky smooth. I dropped my car off at the place I usually get my cars washed and now the steering wheel feels no where near as soft and pleasant as it used too. How should I go about fixing this ?

Has it had grubby hands on it do you think?
I've always wondered how to keep alcantara clean. I suppose a good quality foaming cleaner? Stuff by Meguiars is usually good and also is sometimes what MB sell but rebranded.
