If it has bose speakers in the rear deck, more then likely it's a complete bose system. The amp is located in the C Pillar. You will need to get the proper Wiring Harness and antenna adapter wire. Search crutchfield for head unit options. I believe if you purchase a head unit for more then $129 they will provide you with the radio keys (for removal), adapter, and antenna wire for free. I recently upgraded to a Pioneer 3100UB. The sound quality is pretty good and the look is much more minimal then those crazy Alpines with halo buttons and rubber USB snap that is held on by a thread. I like the 3100UB because it has a lot of features, IPOD, Bluetooth, and a USB port. I hook up my external hard drive with 100+GB of music and haven't inserted a CD yet lol. I've heard good things about the Nakamichi CD-400 too. The sound quality in those are digital and they are a closer look to our interior components. Interior spearker replacement is easy. It's really up to you on what you like...Infinity, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, etc. I believe the front door speakers are 6.75" and the rear decks are 6x9's...don't quote me though. I would search your local audio store or search thru Crutchfield. Best of luck. Someone mentioned once that if you replaced your speakers they would have to be 2ohms...double check and make sure. The people at Crutchfield will know.
