:surrender:On my 1988 SE, I have lost only one function of my driver's seat control. I cannot move the seatback forward or backward. Could this be caused by anything other than a bad control switch? I have all other functions of the seat control including both memory positions.

Also, my original radio appears to have lost its volume after I took it to indy for a new right mirror switch. THe radio looks like it operates fine otherwise. Indy tells me the radio is old and done, but it worked when I dropped the car off. I think he may have accidentally pulled something up under there. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot to check further?

Advance Thanks to anyone that can shed some light on these issues.

Could be the motor, but more likely the switch needs cleaning. Have you tried switch cleaning spray from electrical shop? They get very dirty inside.

Radio, its possible but hard to know. Do you have a fader switch? The wiring for that is very near there. If its the radio itself they are fixable.
