HELP!!! set bi-xenon-present

anyone knows of any MB dealer(in LA) or shop that would set your car to bixenon-present. I usually take my car to Penske Motor(Covina), thought my SA's pretty cool but...he said that he wont do it and suggested that it'd be unwise to install bi-xenon on my car as they wont be factory-installed... that's BS!!!
Any comment and thoughts would be greatly appreciated! thanks
