Well, not exactly possessed, but acting awful. I have a 2005 C240 sedan with the Harmon Kardon Sound system, and all of the sudden this morning when I turned on the radio, it was at a ridiculously high volume level, (scared the crap outta me), so i quickly spun the volume down to zero. I tried raising the volume just one notch, and it was still blaringly loud, with a sound that only be described as the devil himself. I enlisted the help of my friend to switch it from radio to CD quickly, and the screen then said "CD ERROR". It was working fine yesterday, and it wasn't raining or anything. Nothing else in the car is having electrical issues. Help please? I would be forever in your favor.

Try pulling the fuse to reset the head unit.
