I recently bought the 1995 Mercedes C 280
a fixer upper.
i just relpaced the radiator
the two fans clutch fans were not working i tested them and indeed they work so It is in witing somewhere i dont have a manuel i need to see one..can you help?

Do you mean aux fan? They do not have clutch.
They only kick if you turn on AC and gas pressure reaches to a certain value or if the coolant temperature exceeds from 107 degree C or so .
If you want to check the fans, just pull the plug from coolant temperature sensor for few mm's (it is a blue sensor near the thermostat) and short contact two pins by a key or head of screw driver, while the ignition is on, fans should kick. If they did, your fans and wiring have no problem, if not you should try to connect ground and + wires of socket, if it worked then the temperature sensor is bad.
